What will you do at SuperPlay?

As a Senior Unity Developer, you will:

• Make a significant and valuable impact on developing our main company product.
• Collaborate with various departments to design, implement, and optimize game features and mechanics.
• Create efficient, reusable, and reliable code to enhance application performance and responsiveness.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimizing game performance and memory usage for smooth gameplay on diverse mobile devices.
• Keep updated with Unity features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.

Requirements

• This is a remote position, but we are looking for candidates who are based in Poland.
• At least 3 years of experience working on well-known mobile or AAA game titles.
• Asynchronous Programming experience.
• Proficiency in using Unity tools and plugins such as UniTask, Zenject, Timeline.
• Knowledge and experience in optimizing memory and space usage.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols and socket programming.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Familiarity with current design and architectural patterns.
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Proficiency in code versioning tools like Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
• Excellent profiling, debugging, and optimization skills.
• A continuous learning mindset and a keen interest in staying abreast of evolving game standards and development technologies.
• The required level of proficiency in English is intermediate or higher, both in spoken and written forms.
