Senior UKG Pro WFM Consultant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Consulting

  • Collaborate with sales teams to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored UKG Pro WFM solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that highlight the value of UKG solutions.
  • Assist in estimating project scopes, timelines, and costs during the sales process.

Implementation

  • Lead or support end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro WFM solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather and document customer requirements, workflows, and objectives.
  • Configure UKG solutions to align with customer needs, including time and attendance, scheduling, and labor management.
  • Provide training to customers, ensuring smooth adoption and usage of the implemented system.

Support and Optimization

  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing issues and optimizing system performance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Continuously monitor client systems and recommend enhancements to maximize ROI.

Documentation and Business Analysis

  • Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and workflows for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional and technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with UKG to find optimal solutions for customers.
  • Maintain thorough records of project deliverables, configurations, and client communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions in consulting, pre-sales, or implementation roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of UKG Pro modules, including timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, analytics, forecasting etc. and compliance features.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Support Experience: Expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed business requirements, process documentation, and system configurations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business in IT/Business Analysis with certification in UKG Pro Workforce Management modules.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HCM or payroll systems integration.
  • Demonstrated success in customer relationship management.
