We are seeking an exceptional UI/UX Designer with a strong background in both User Interface (UI) Design and User Experience (UX). The successful candidate will be a key player in crafting seamless and visually stunning digital experiences across all digital platforms. Your work will bridge the gap between design and technology to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible applications for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- UI Design: Design aesthetically pleasing and highly functional interfaces by creating comprehensive style guides, color palettes, typography, and iconography, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
- UX: Create user flows, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that define the user journey, with a focus on usability, functionality, and accessibility.
- Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate interactive elements, animations, and transitions, enabling stakeholders and developers to visualize the final product.
- Construct detailed, easy-to-understand wireframes
- Style Guides: Design and maintain up-to-date style guides, UI kits, and reusable components to drive design consistency.
- Cross-Platform Expertise: Design and develop for multiple form factors and mediums, adapting layouts, interactions, and visual hierarchies for all digital platforms.
- User Testing and Feedback: Conduct and analyze user testing to iterate on designs and improve overall UX, and implement feedback to enhance the end product.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and bring innovative design ideas to the team.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in UI/UX Design and Development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, responsive design solutions across multiple platforms. Expertise in User Centric Design and Design Thinking
- Experience with Designing Desktop & Mobile Apps with complex visualizations.
- Big Data Visualizations
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, InVision, and strong knowledge of HTML, CSS for rapid prototyping.
- Visual Design Skills: Expertise in creating intuitive, visually appealing interfaces with a strong understanding of color theory, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and data-driven UX decision-making.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 per year with an annual bonus.
