About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, exceptional problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, software engineers and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.

  • Design and Prototype: Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows.

  • Conduct User Research: Perform user research, usability testing and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

  • Create Visual Designs: Develop high-fidelity visual designs and design systems that adhere to brand guidelines and improve the overall user experience.

  • Iterate on Designs: Refine and iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders and team members.

  • Maintain Design Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual design and user experience across all digital products.

  • Document Design Processes: Maintain detailed documentation of design specifications, user flows and design systems for developers and stakeholders.

  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques and technologies to continuously improve the design process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.

    • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Attention to detail and a user-centric mindset.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

    • Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.

    • Understanding of front-end development principles.
