Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced UI/UX Developer to lead the user experience and interface design of government portals. You will be responsible for modernizing 8 public-facing platforms in alignment with DGA and W3C standards, ensuring responsive, accessible, and user-centered design.
Key Responsibilities:
• - Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web portals, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes
• - Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• - Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback
• - Ensure design compliance with W3C WCAG 2.1 AA and DGA standards
• - Collaborate with backend developers, content teams, and QA
• - Create style guides, UI kits, and design systems aligned with brand identity
• - Support Arabic and English UI localization and RTL design
Required Skills & Experience:
• - 10+ years in UI/UX design for enterprise or government platforms
• - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and design systems
• - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap)
• - Experience in accessibility standards and government design guidelines
• - Arabic fluency is mandatory
• - Experience working on multi-lingual, multi-device platforms
