Role SummaryThe UI/UX Designer leads the creation of visually engaging and highly functional user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams — including Product, Engineering, and Marketing — to design user experiences that balance usability, aesthetics, and brand integrity.
Ownership includes driving design strategy, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality visual language across all products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI design for digital products, from concept through to final delivery
- Create intuitive, responsive, and visually consistent interfaces that enhance user engagement
- Develop and maintain design systems, visual assets, iconography, and micro-interactions
- Translate user research insights and business objectives into effective, user-centered design solutions
- Collaborate closely with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Conduct usability testing, design reviews, and accessibility audits to maintain high standards
- Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity and professional growth within the team
- Build scalable and consistent design systems that accelerate product development and maintain brand harmony
- Improve user satisfaction and conversion rates through enhanced usability, accessibility, and visual design quality
- Drive data-informed design decisions aligned with business KPIs and user needs
- Strengthen design team capability through mentorship and structured feedback
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across the product design process.
