Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Contribute to all aspects of defining the user experience of Cyara’s products. This includes identifying user needs through research and interviews, as well as creating, producing and testing wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mock-ups, and usability requirements.
- Validate and refine design solutions through user testing methods, then interpret and translate quantitative and qualitative insights into high quality user experiences.
- Identify, advocate for, drive and own design-driven projects and initiatives that elevate product usability and visual design.
- Proven ability to present your designs to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, clearly articulating design decisions and incorporating feedback into revised iterations.
- Collaborate effectively with non-design stakeholders, promoting design thinking and processes to the wider teams or organization.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and architects to understand business goals and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
- Remain current on UX/UI best practices, tools and methodologies, and proactively suggest improvements to design processes and team workflows.
- Ensure designs meet the latest relevant accessibility standards by incorporating inclusive design principles, collaborating with developers to implement accessible components, and proactively testing designs for usability across a diverse range of users.
- Thrive in an autonomous, remote-friendly environment where communication and collaboration are frequently asynchronous and in writing.
- Champion the value of great UX within Cyara, applying a user-centered approach to strategic and tactical UX decisions.
- Use, contribute to, and evolve Cyara design system and brand guidelines to ensure visual and functional consistency across all user-facing touchpoints.
Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent
- Min 5 years of industry experience
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and UX/UI processes and fundamentals
- Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
- Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- Portfolio of design projects.

- Experience with Storybook.
- Experience with B2B products.
- Experience contributing to and/or maintaining a front-end design system or style guide.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with accessibility design and guidelines.
- Experience with React and Angular
