About this opportunity

We invite a talented UX Designer with a track record of creating distinctive, elegant interfaces that make products stand out to join our team. In this role, you’ll take solo ownership of the design across web, mobile, and email, shaping experiences that engage users and deliver real business value. You’ll work closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure designs are consistent, thoughtful, and data-informed.

• Openness to feedback with confidence in design decisions


Desirable:

• Basic frontend coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Ability to manage the full design lifecycle as the sole designer


Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll take ownership of design across web, mobile, and email, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver consistent and impactful user experiences.


• Design and iterate UI for web, mobile, and email using Figma or similar

• Own and evolve the design system to ensure product consistency

• Write clear, actionable design requirements and collaborate with engineers on implementation

• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce repetitive tasks

• Use analytics tools to analyze user data and guide design decisions

• Conduct an initial design audit to identify gaps and propose improvements

• Present design rationale and recommendations to internal teams and external partners

• Prioritize design work effectively and thrive in a fast-moving, lean environment
