The Regional Marketing Director, LATAM is the senior marketing leader for the region, responsible for developing and owning the comprehensive marketing strategy to drive significant revenue growth. This role will lead a team and collaborate with executive leadership across LATAM sales, global marketing, and partner channels to build a scalable, predictable pipeline engine. As a key member of the marketing leadership team, this individual is fully accountable for the region's marketing performance, budget, and business impact, including new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
This role is a versatile and resourceful strategic thinker capable of laying the foundation and seeing projects through to completion. You bring a strong focus on account-based marketing (ABM) programs, with the ability to develop and execute strategies to support account-based selling, plus ensure that existing accounts are positioned for further growth. Considering the regional focus, business-level fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is preferred.
What You'll Do
Own strategic vision, planning, accountable execution and follow-up strategy of LATAM regional marketing plans that create new opportunities, build executive relationships, and impact revenue growth
Be the key driver of our expansion into the rapidly growing LATAM market, with full ownership of building and executing the regional marketing strategy from the ground up.
Provide direct leadership, coaching, and career development for a team of regional marketing managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and professional growth.
Deliver cohesive regional marketing programs that include events (online and offline), paid media, social media, partner co-marketing, and more by collaborating closely with key stakeholders to customize and deploy the LATAM go-to-market (GTM) strategy that drives regional expansion
Own and manage the complete LATAM marketing budget, including quarterly forecasting, strategic allocation, and ROI analysis to ensure maximum business impact.
Act as the primary marketing business partner to LATAM sales leadership, reporting on performance, providing data-driven insights, and collaborating developing strategies to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
Identify opportunities to incorporate global brand and demand programs and drive scalability in regional demand generation efforts
Travel to select regions to provide onsite support for events as needed
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant career experience
10+ years of progressive marketing experience with a focus on regional marketing and field/demand generation
Field/demand generation marketing in LATAM region
Experience in the B2B technology and/or SaaS industry
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years in a leadership role with direct people management responsibilities
Business-level fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is preferred
Proven track record of supporting sales teams to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets, with the ability to pivot strategies as needed
Skilled in managing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and implementing demand generation and integrated marketing strategies
Experience working with globally distributed teams, adapting global assets for local needs, and collaborating with geographically dispersed vendors
Proficient in marketing automation, web analytics, business intelligence tools, and budget management
Experience in partner marketing, particularly with large global advisory and consulting firms
Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas and data to diverse audiences in written, spoken, and presentation formats
Highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to changing market and organizational needs
Familiarity with end-to-end event operations and experience working with top-level executives and speakers is preferred
Working Conditions & Travel Requirements
Up to 40% for internal meetings, onsite events, and customer/partner meetings
