FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a hands-on Sr. UI/UX Designer to drive product design across websites, mobile apps, web applications and enterprise software.
You will actively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces while guiding other designers and improving the speed and quality of our design process.
The ideal candidate can turn incomplete requirements into clear, development-ready experiences and use AI effectively to explore ideas, prototype solutions and deliver better designs faster.
Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive product experiences.
- Improve the speed, quality and predictability of design delivery.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
- Work closely with clients, product teams and developers.
- Ensure designs cover responsive behaviour, validations, loading, empty and error states.
- Manage design priorities, estimates and delivery across multiple projects.
- Review implemented products to ensure design quality and consistency.
- Use AI for requirement analysis, research synthesis, user flows, UX writing, ideation, design variations and documentation.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity for research and product thinking.
- Use Figma AI, Figma Make, FigJam AI, Relume, Uizard and Framer AI for wireframing, UI generation and rapid prototyping.
- Use Adobe Firefly and Midjourney for visual exploration and asset generation.
- Use v0, Lovable and Bolt to explore functional prototypes and design-to-code workflows.
- Evaluate AI-generated output critically and refine it using strong product and design judgment.
- Introduce practical AI workflows that improve the productivity of the wider design team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of UI/UX or product design experience.
- Strong portfolio covering web, mobile and enterprise applications.
- Advanced Figma skills, including auto layout, components, variables, prototyping and design systems.
- Demonstrable experience using AI tools in a professional design workflow.
- Strong product thinking and ability to work from incomplete requirements.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work within short and changing timelines.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility and developer handoff.
- Experience designing AI-powered products or conversational interfaces.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping and design-to-code workflows.
- Experience working across multiple clients or products.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and front-end development.
