Role purpose:

We’re looking for a Senior UI Engineer to lead the charge in advancing the front-end development of our platform. In this role, you'll leverage your deep expertise in UI design, implementation, and user experience to deliver innovative, responsive solutions for complex customer projects.

This role additionally provides the opportunity to apply cutting-edge user interface design principals, develop implementation design for UI projects in a customer project context, troubleshoot and implement complex UI development issues.
Key accountabilities:
- Perform design and development of the UI components of Prevalent’s products
- Ensure web scale responsive design and implementation
- Understand product vision and business needs to define appropriate User Experience
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use
- Experience working with Single Page Application frameworks like React
- Experience working with of data visualization tools, such as D3.js, Tableau, etc
- Experience building reusable component-based UI frameworks like Google material design
- Gather requirements and understand current UI standards, perform reverse engineering of front- end code to evaluate current UI state
- Ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), and ReactJS, with hands-on experience in UI optimization and performance best practices
- Proficient in React workflows, state management (e.g., Redux), and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Well versed in data structures like JSON and working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, and GraphQL.
- Skilled in translating visual designs and wireframes into high-quality, modular, and componentized code.
- Experienced in frontend build pipelines and tools
- Highly technical, autonomous, and collaborative, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail. Adaptable in fast-paced environments and knowledgeable in SDLC methodologies(Agile).
