Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and lead the implementation of sophisticated front-end solutions using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript, ensuring adherence to best practices in code quality and design patterns.
- Act as a subject matter expert in front-end technologies and setting the standard for front-end excellence.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to refine and realize high-fidelity designs into functional and responsive web applications.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while maintaining a keen eye for detail and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Optimize application performance across a wide array of web-capable devices and browsers focusing on speed and scalability.
- Drive the evolution of our front-end architecture to support future growth and enhance user experience.
- Proactively identify and address front-end challenges, advocating for improvements in our development processes and technologies.
- Passionate about the UI designs and development
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Follows all engineering standards and practices and measure & achieve engineering metrics/goals.
- An appreciation of Scrum-based Agile development methods and processes.
- Aid the Product Manager to identify the best technical solutions.
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in building the responsive framework and designs using HTML, JavaScript, React JS, MUI, Node JS.
- Proficiency with HTML5, including semantic HTML5 elements, microformats, and WAI-ARIA
- Expertise of the main components such as Virtual DOM, JSX, Redux, Hooks, React Context API, Event Handling, Routing, State, Life Cycle components etc.
- Expertise in CSS, LESS, SASS and HTML, JavaScript, Type Script, Node JS
- Ability to work with Webpack and Flux, as well as at least one performance testing framework.
- Experience of working and contributing to Design systems
- Familiar with Figma and Building the re-usable components using the UX Figma
- Working collaboratively and iteratively with designers and architects within the Keyloop front-end community to share the best practices.
- Having excellent knowledge on UI best practices –
- WAEG accessibility and usability process and guidelines
- user experience

- Able to provide the examples on the designs and decision making of the ideas on the UX discussions.
- Able to provide a portfolio or links to previous work and to be able to talk through their approach and reasoning.
- Experience in integrating the Rest API and writing the object-oriented interfaces.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, such as: Jest, React testing library.
- Solid experience in modern version control (Git, GitHub)
- Good understanding and prior experience of the Agile process (Scrum or Kanban)

- Experience on Module Federation Microfrontend Architecture
