Here’s what you’ll do:
- Develop user-centered designs that account for both customer needs and Landing AI’s business strategies
- Quickly yet thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
- Craft consistent, delightful interfaces using strong UI principles (color, typography, graphics) and integrate all products into a unified design language for a cohesive user experience.
- Apply user-centered design processes to ensure designs are grounded in user-research, executed, and tested
- Work closely with product team and engineering team to develop user story and feature requirements
- Work closely with local product and engineering team and design team in China (ie: might need to stay late)
Here are the skills you should have:
- Proven Design Experience: 4-6 years of experience working as a UI Designer preferably with a focus on GenAI or developer-facing tools
- Outstanding visual design skills: Expertise in creating illustrations, iconography, maintain a unified design language, and deliver exceptional visual design that aligns with the product’s overall strategy and goals.
- Expert knowledge in UI patterns, graphic design principles, responsive design, and system design standards to create cohesive and adaptable interfaces across devices and screen sizes.
- Ability to design and implement micro-interactions and animations to enhance the overall visual experience and usability of interfaces.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across products.
- Ability to turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups in an iterative, fast-paced and an agile environment
- Strong experience using design & prototyping tools including but not limited to Figma, After Effect, etc.
