We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive, beautiful, and effective user interfaces. This role will involve working closely with our product managers, UX researchers, and development team to deliver exceptional digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll participate in fast-paced and fun product and design sprints to enhance our product, services, and offerings. You will also help us expand and create a stronger design library that ensures consistency and adherence to design guidelines and standards.

• Lead the design of user interfaces for web, mobile responsive, and app experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX researchers to understand user needs and translate them into engaging UI designs.
• Advocating for user-centric design principles and ensuring that UX/UI best practices are applied throughout the design process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and standards.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other UI designers.
• Work within an agile environment, participating in two-week sprints and effectively managing design tickets.
• Leverage and contribute to existing design and pattern libraries as well as UI and brand guidelines to create an engaging and vibrant brand.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and practices.

• 3+ years of experience working in a design team in a tech company.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in creating, building, and maintaining design libraries.
• Experience working closely with development teams. 
• Experience designing for web, mobile responsive, and native apps. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design expertise and the ability to explain design decisions.
• Great attitude with excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
