What You Will Do:
- Develop detailed UAT test cases, scenarios, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and record results, ensuring that all system functionalities meet the needs of end-users.
- Identify, document, track defects and issues, and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Communicate test progress, results, and issues to project stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings to clarify testing requirements, defect statuses, and UAT sign-off criteria.
- Assist the team leader in preparation of UAT reports and documentation for project teams and management.
- Assist in collaborating with business users, product owners, and subject matter experts to understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user needs.
What You Will Need:
- Degree Holder
- 3-5 years of UAT/Testing background within financial Services preferably Insurance.
- Excellent Communication, & Strong interpersonal skills
- Stakeholder and communication management
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills

Overtime, Night shift and Weekend working depending on business requirement
