About The Team: 

Auctane’s Finance & Accounting team is responsible for reporting accurate financial reporting to the public and investors, as well as driving strategic and financial decision-making processes across the Company. We partner with Senior Management and business unit leaders to analyze and drive long-term business performance.

                                       ****THIS POSITION is a hybrid/on-site position in Austin, TX*****

About The Role:

The primary responsibilities will be cash management and FX management including overseeing general cash operations for the company and its subsidiaries.  In this position, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other Finance functions on various projects. You will help build the Treasury infrastructure in a growing business while still responding quickly and soundly to day-to-day needs. The candidate must be familiar with Treasury systems and controls that provide accurate and timely information.  The position will provide oversight to a Treasury Analyst.

Primary Objectives:

• Execute daily Treasury operations activities for global cash management. Oversee global daily cash position and monitor global cash status.
• Drive a global cashflow forecast process and provide various cashflow analysis as needed
• Run the monthly intercompany settlement process
• Manage the FX trading program including spots and hedging program 
• Provide recommendations for minimizing foreign currency risk; aiding in development and execution of holistic foreign currency risk management strategy
• Recommend and participate in the implementation of new banking services and products
• Manage global banking relationship for cash management activities
• Facilitate issuance of letters of credit and bank guarantees worldwide
• Oversee corporate T&E and p-card programs
• Monitor and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and operational controls related to global cash management with support for audit as needed
• Support and facilitate month/quarter end accounting and reporting for Treasury transactions
• Develop and maintain Treasury policies, procedures & management reporting
• Liaise with External Reporting on footnotes and disclosures for Treasury investment sections of financial statements

• Complete quarterly/annual debt compliance support and debt monitoring
• Various ad-hoc projects

What We Are Looking For:    

• Proficient in Office Excel and PowerPoint
• High ethical standards
• Knowledge of banking processes and portals
• Must have a basic accounting knowledge and an excellent understanding of macroeconomics including financial markets, financial instruments and investment theory. A strong knowledge of Treasury related FASB is preferred.
• Possess knowledge of banking and treasury systems. Prior experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including verbal and written skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Must be a critical thinker with attention to details who can seek innovative solutions to complex business/technical issues
• Must be a self-starter, have own initiatives, and possess strong prioritization and organization
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
• Required Experience:
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business finance or accounting. CTP qualification is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in domestic and international Treasury with a multinational company with progressive experience in international banking, cash management, financing, FX management and liquidity
