In this role, you will:
- Lead customer calls and clients through highly complex transactions as well as large and complex implementation meetings while directing internal resources and activities
- Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Prepare complex customized sales proposals, cost benefit analysis, and pricing scenarios
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
- 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Advanced experience supporting Treasury Management Consultants and Relationship Managers.
- Experience with GPL sales support processes, onboarding, pricing, implementation, and portfolio management activities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, or leading team initiatives.
- Experience working with commercial, corporate, or specialized industry client segments.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Fulfillment Platform (WICE), Relationship Pricer, and GPL sales support tools
- Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales
- Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across business and functional teams
- Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including effective use of search tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Effective negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
- Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset
- This position will require up to 15% of travel
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
