As the Sr Analyst, Treasury & Reporting, you will support the continuous effort to create and manage superior analytics and research. You will work with internal and external data to produce analysis and reports that drive execution excellence across unsecured/secured funding facilities.
A Day in the Life
- Develop strong partnerships across the business to understand collateral management and funding strategies
- Prepare monthly servicer reporting and provide analytics on collateral performance; highlighting key changes and proactively following up with the business, as required.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely external collateral reporting
- Monitor, facilitate and ensure accurate and timely movement and recording of collateral required to ensure cost efficient financing, and to support Syndication Operations
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly compliance and covenant reporting required under various debt facilities
- Support the funding team on execution of secured and unsecured public debt issuances
- Prepare presentations, reports and analysis for senior management, external stakeholders, and rating agencies, as necessary
- Gather information and assist in the external and internal audit procedures for financial reporting and securitization facilities
- Drive initiative to build efficiencies and automate processes, leveraging modern technology and tools
- Support migration of servicer reports and supporting data to automated tools (e.g., SAP, ABS Suite), and develop expertise in these applications
- Implement and enhance internal controls, policies and procedures, and business continuity plans for treasury; and support internal and external auditor requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of corporate treasury/finance work experience required, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a complex, corporate Treasury function
- Managing large data sets and driving data analytics
- Working knowledge of administrative/servicer processes related to securitization programs
- Comprehensive problem-solving skills with proven ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data, assess risk and prepare financial reports
- MS Suite with Advanced Excel skills
- Bloomberg; ABS Suite; treasury workstation, accounting and reporting systems (SAP/OneStream) a plus
- Independent worker that looks for opportunities to drive process efficiency through automation
- Demonstrates developing written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and application skills
The hiring base salary range for this position is $70,800 to $97,350 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
