Profile Requirement & Skills
Proven experience in Treasury/Credit Control or a similar finance-related role, with a strong understanding of financial and accounting basics and knowledge about credit risk assessment and bills receivables.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with different business teams and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review financial data accurately and identify discrepancies or concerns.

Roles and Responsibilities
Credit Assessment: Conduct credit assessments for new and existing customers by reviewing customer financial statements, external credit agency reports, and other relevant data. Ensure adherence to the company's Credit Control Policy.
Overdue Accounts Management: Collaborate with the Sales team to review overdue accounts and coordinate efforts to collect aged dues. Ensure timely follow-up to prevent delays in payment.
Credit Block Release: Responsible for the timely release of credit blocks upon request from the Sales team, ensuring alignment with credit policies and procedures.
Liquidity & Cash Management: Manage daily cash positions, cash forecasting, and working capital planning along with loan documentation, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, covenant compliance.
Treasury Operations & Controls: Managing bank account opening and closing. Changes in signatories. Handle EDPMS/IDPMS export–import documentation, tracking, and timely closure with banks to ensure regulatory compliance. Completing all the necessary documentation with banks for facilities availed.
Customer Master Data Management: Review and manage customer master requests by coordinating with both the Sales team and the Master Creation team. Ensure accuracy and completeness in customer data.
Periodic Review of Customer Masters: Conduct regular reviews of customer master data to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and relevance to the business needs.
Reporting and Insights: Prepare daily collection and overdue reports, offering insights into the status of outstanding invoices and any potential risks. Regularly update the team on the progress of overdue collections.
