Job Summary
The Senior Treasury Analyst is a key member of the GAF Finance team focused on the performance of the daily operations of the treasury function as well as the development of financial analysis that helps drive the business toward meeting its short and long-term strategic goals.
Essential Duties

• Daily Treasury Operations & Cash Reconciliation:
• Oversee all aspects of daily treasury operations, including the accurate and timely management of corporate cash across various accounts and entities.
• Provide comprehensive cash reporting to the Group Treasurer, ensuring the company maintains optimal liquidity for day-to-day operations.
• Cash & Liquidity Forecasting and Strategic Planning:
• Prepare and manage short-term and medium-term cash flow forecasts to facilitate effective decision-making to optimize interest income, debt management and investment opportunities.
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support:
• Act as a critical analytical resource for evaluating and supporting various financial initiatives, such as capital expenditure, acquisitions, financial return modeling, cost saving initiatives and other projects as needed to guide executive decision-making .
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize treasury operations, reduce operational risks, and drive cost-effective solutions across multiple departments.
• ERP System Implementation & Treasury Workstation Deployment:
• Take a key role in the development and deployment of the company’s new ERP system, SAP S/4HANA, with a particular focus on the successful implementation of the treasury workstation module.
• Partner with the project team, IT and external partners to ensure the system is fully integrated, meeting operational needs, and providing reliable real-time treasury insights to management.
• Debt Management & Loan Administration:
• Manage the company’s loan agreements, including timely submission of loan notices and other required communications, rate resets, loan schedules and ensure timely compliance with financial obligations.
• and ensure timely execution of interest payments.
• Trade Finance Management:
• Oversee trade finance operations including the management and administration of letters of credit, guarantees, and other trade-related instruments, ensuring that transactions are processed efficiently and in compliance with business requirements.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Mentor Treasury Associate, providing guidance and leadership in developing their technical and professional skills.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, ensuring the Treasury team remains agile, motivated, and focused on achieving departmental and organizational goals.

Under This Roof We Require

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration Required
• 5+ years relevant business experience Required
• Basic knowledge of corporate financial analysis/accounting functions
• Intermediate skills related to analytical systems (Microsoft Excel, Tableau, etc.)
• Intermediate skills of application and analytical concepts
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate problem-solving skills
• Intermediate organizational skills and attention to detail
