About the team + role

At Robinhood, our mission is to democratize finance for all. The Treasury Operations team plays a critical role in supporting this vision by ensuring the company has the financial resources and market access needed to grow, innovate, and manage cash. As the Senior Treasury Analyst, you will lead our efforts to implement a treasury management system, build and maintain a direct cash flow forecast, and to support daily operations. Reporting to our Director of Treasury Operations & Investments,

you will work cross-functionally with teams such as Treasury Risk, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Procurement, Engineering, Legal, and Tax to drive critical initiatives that support the growth of centralized Treasury information.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and maintain a highly accurate direct cash flow forecast.
  • Implement a Treasury Management System to manage the cash positioning, direct cash forecasting, bank account management, bank fee analysis, and more.
  • Prepare and monitor the global daily cash position.
  • Provide support for interim M&A Treasury Operations activities as needed.
  • Assist with the opening and closing of bank accounts.
  • Execute timely daily cash management transactions, including wire transfers, internal settlements, borrowings, repayments, and investments.
  • Serve as backup support for banking portal management.
  • Provide periodic on-call support to monitor internal funding alerts.
  • Ensure adherence to all SOX controls while supporting daily, quarterly, and annual audit requests.
What you bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, preferably within a publicly traded global financial services company.
  • Experience in implementing a Treasury Management System.
  • Experience in managing a Direct Cash Flow Forecast.
  • Significant experience in Treasury Operations with a strong understanding of key management controls and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker.
  • A collaborative and motivated team player with a strong work ethic, creativity, curiosity, and a can-do approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CTP designation preferred).

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
