We’re looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst who understands the importance of the operational and technical excellence that is needed to help our bank continue to flourish and provide our customers with exceptional products and services.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Act as the primary person responsible for asset liability management (ALM) analytics and forecasting with keen attention to detail
- Conduct interest rate risk measurement and liquidity stress testing using the Empyrean Solutions software
- Provide balance sheet insights and strategy recommendations supported by analytics
- Prepare Treasury reporting for ALCO and other senior management meetings with limited oversight
- Assist Treasurer with managing the cash position and collateral positions
- Assist the Financial Planning and Analysis Department with balance sheet forecasting and net interest income projections for budgeting and capital stress testing
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industries
- Experience with Empyrean ALM and Liquidity Stress Testing models is strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn multiple software solutions and programming languages
- Understanding of ALCO, liquidity, capital, and general financial statements
- Proven ability to develop impactful presentations for senior audiences
- BS degree preferred
