About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Minimum of 3 years in employee transport & fleet management
Strong knowledge of employee transport & fleet management tools
Relevant certifications in fleet management or logistics are a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
Knowledge of local transportation laws and regulations

Cost Efficiency: Optimize routes and fuel usage to reduce costs.
Performance Analysis: Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Coordination: Coordinate driver schedules and vehicle assignments to optimize resources.
Safety Procedures: Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize accidents.
Collaboration: Work with other departments to meet business goals and improve overall fleet efficiency.
