Job DescriptionThe Transport and Mobility sector is undergoing a transformation driven by digitalisation, mergers and acquisitions, and organisational challenges (transport operators, Organising Authorities). This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Manager capable of delivering management consulting, organisational and digital transformation engagements.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior Manager Transport and Mobility (M/F), you operate within the development of our Transport and Mobility practice, in close collaboration with our Energy, Utilities and Industry practice.
- Support the scoping and development of strategic projects
- Advise on and support the scoping and delivery of high-stakes transformation projects
- Manage and reengineer processes
- Define the target operating model and trajectory
- Define the vision, roadmap and master plans (IT and business)
- Support M&A operations and Post-Merger Integration
- Conduct benchmarks
- Manage RFI/RFP processes: process adaptation and reorganisation
- Define the change management strategy
- Work on enterprise architecture
With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you hold a degree from a top-tier school or a postgraduate university program. You have 3 to 5 years of experience within a consulting firm or in roles that provided significant experience in Industry, Energy, Transport, and Mobility topics.
Autonomy and the ability to take initiative will be assets for success.

Skills Required
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top-tier school or postgraduate university program
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or equivalent roles in Industry, Energy, Transport, or Mobility
- Experience delivering management consulting, organisational and digital transformation engagements
- Experience supporting M&A operations and Post-Merger Integration
- Experience defining target operating models, IT and business roadmaps, enterprise architecture and change management strategies
- Autonomy and ability to take initiative
