  • Collaborate with senior team members to embed financial management standards and quality controls into solution design, confirming alignment with federal financial policy, audit readiness requirements, and operational best practices.

  • Standardize and update organizational charts and report templates to streamline professional document creation and governance.

  • Lead implementation of transformative initiatives by partnering with team members and senior stakeholders to modernize financial management processes through innovative, user centered solutions.

  • Communicate the implementation of Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to gather iterative feedback, confirm alignment, and support change adoption.

  • Support creation and execution of detailed project plans, confirming realistic timelines, clear communication, and ongoing risk and dependency monitoring to maintain project momentum.

  • Provide routine project updates to senior level executive clients, ensuring shared understanding of progress, decisions, risks, and next steps.

  • Deliver a visual identity by refreshing SharePoint sites, emblems, messaging guidelines, and Teams backgrounds with improved content layouts, navigation, and branding.

  • Craft executive ready messaging, briefings, talking points, and presentations.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive, role based training materials (videos, job aids, and quick reference guides) that build capability, reinforce key behaviors, and enhance stakeholder buy-in throughout implementation

What You Will Need:
