Your role at Clorox:
The Senior Transformation & Brand Engagement Manager EMEA is responsible for defining and transforming the brand engagement model across Europe, MENA, and ANZ, establishing a future-fit, data-driven, and scalable approach to how Clorox brands connect with consumers across the full funnel.This role sets the enterprise vision and strategic direction for brand engagement, translating business ambition into best-in-class frameworks, operating models, and capabilities that drive measurable commercial impact across markets. Acting as the architect of the end-to-end engagement ecosystem, this role defines how strategy is translated into execution at scale—ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness across all brands and regions.
In this role, you will:
1.Regional Brand Engagement Strategy & Vision
· Define and lead the long-term vision and strategic direction for brand engagement across EMEA aligned to business growth priorities.
· Translate brand and portfolio strategies into integrated, full-funnel engagement approaches that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
· Shape how Clorox brands connect with consumers across channels, platforms, and moments, ensuring a cohesive and differentiated approach.
· Act as an advisor to regional leadership on marketing effectiveness and growth opportunities
2. Transformation of Brand Engagement Model
· Lead the evolution and transformation of brand engagement capabilities, embedding modern, data-led, and consumer-centric approaches.
· Identify and implement step-change improvements in how engagement is planned, executed, and optimised across markets.
· Drive adoption of emerging capabilities like advanced data utilisation, Social First, GEO, AI content ecosystems among others to future-proof the organisation.
· Champion a test-and-learn culture, accelerating innovation and continuous improvement across markets
3. End-to-End Operating Model & System Ownership
· Design and own the end-to-end brand engagement operating model, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across regional and market teams.
· Establish scalable frameworks, playbooks, and governance structures that enable consistent and high-quality execution across all markets.
· Own the agency ecosystem design, including partner selection, role definition, and ways of working to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
· Ensure clear separation and alignment between:
Regional: strategy, frameworks, governance
Market: execution, optimisation, delivery
4. Leadership of Brand Engagement function and talent
· Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Brand Engagement organisation, including direct management of Brand Engagement Leads
· Drive capability building across markets, elevating skills in areas such as communication strategy, channel planning, and performance optimisation.
· Establish a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous development within the function.
· Act as a coach and mentor, strengthening the pipeline of future marketing leaders.
5. Commercial Accountability & Performance Impact
· Own the measurement framework for brand engagement effectiveness, ensuring clear linkage between marketing activity and business outcomes.
· Drive improvements in ROI, efficiency, and effectiveness across channels and markets.
· Lead the development of a cross-market learning agenda, ensuring insights are captured, scaled, and translated into impact.
· Elevate performance conversations from metrics reporting to business storytelling, influencing decision-making at senior levels.
6. Agency Ecosystem Leadership
· Define and lead the strategic agency model across the region, ensuring alignment to brand needs and organisational priorities.
· Set clear expectations for agency performance, output quality, and innovation, holding partners accountable to high standards.
· Build strong, strategic partnerships with agency leadership, while enabling Brand Engagement Leads to manage day-to-day execution.

7. Cross Functional & Senior Stakeholder Leadership
· Act as a key connector across Brand, Digital, Ecommerce, and Commercial teams, ensuring brand engagement is fully integrated into broader business plans.
· Influence senior stakeholders across the organisation, shaping marketing investment decisions and priorities.
· Lead alignment across multiple markets, ensuring consistency of approach while enabling local relevance.
· Represent Brand Engagement in strategic planning cycles and leadership forums.
8. External Benchmarking & Thought Leadership
· Bring in external best practices, trends, and innovations, ensuring Clorox remains at the forefront of brand engagement.
· Establish the organisation as a leader in modern, full-funnel marketing approaches.
· Continuously benchmark performance, capability, and output against industry leaders.
9. Enabling Scalable Execution Across Markets
· Ensure Brand Engagement Leads are equipped to deliver best-in-class execution through:
- Clear strategic direction
- Actionable frameworks
- Defined governance and quality standards
· Maintain a strong feedback loop between execution and strategy, ensuring continuous refinement of frameworks.
· Act as the ultimate quality and consistency guardian across all engagement outputs.
What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience Required:
Industry & Skill Experience: 10+ years of experience in Transformation & Brand Engagement development and 5+ years with Tier 1 media or creative agency
A highly capable talent, with a proven track record of good consumer understanding, driving transformation and capability building, brand engagement strategy development and brand equity management within a leading consumer goods organisation
Multiregional experience required
Flexible to work across different time-zones
Preferred experience on both, client and agency side
Versed on omnichannel media, specially digital marketing
Experienced in successfully developing and motivating a high performance team
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
