At Thales, you’ll join our HR Shared Service Center as part of the Quality and Transformation function, ensuring strong governance, process excellence and continuous improvement across multiple regions. You will help standardize HR operations, safeguard compliance and data integrity and enhance service performance, contributing to a consistent, efficient, and high-quality employee experience every single day.
Key Responsibilities:Lead HR governance and audit activities across designated regions, ensuring SOPs and procedures align with PSS governance standards and regulatory requirements.
Standardize and continuously optimize HR processes across regions, allowing for necessary legal and compliance adaptations.
Monitor, analyze and enhance HR SLAs and KPIs, driving process improvements and ensuring high levels of service performance and data integrity.
Oversee document governance, maintaining up-to-date templates, employee documentation and compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations.
Act as Super User for HRIS platforms in the Lisbon PSS Center, supporting system optimization, reporting, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts focused on employee experience and automation.
What you bring with you:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services
Strong knowledge of global HR processes, employment law and compliance requirements across multiple regions.
Proven experience leading HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Hands-on experience with platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and HR case management tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
