Senior Training Program Manager

As our organization's Senior Training Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing the training programs and product enablement for Infios solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include the development and execution of a comprehensive training and certification program on a global scale, catering to varying skill levels. You will collaborate with technical content developers, product management, sales, marketing, finance, and development teams to align training programs with a full marketing and sales plan.

What a day in the life looks like:

• Create and implement marketing and sales program for new and existing training programs

• Develop and execute a full instructor-led training plan to build up the ILT program internationally

• Analyze data from NetSuite, Salesforce, Docebo, ServiceNow, and other systems to build campaigns and provide support for customers

• Work with new acquisitions to merge training programs

• Create and develop new sales enablement training

• Collaborate with product management and development to understand future product releases

• Develop Sharepoint sites for manage the training operations

• Partner with legal to develop legal documents for training and certification

What you bring to the team:

• Experience with managing cross functional programs

• Extensive knowledge with Salesforce, Netsuite, Rise, Camtasia, and Docebo

• Experience building technical training and certification programs for clients.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• You love challenges and are a great problem-solver

• Outstanding analytical and system-thinking skills

• Excellent oral/verbal communication, reporting, and writing skills in English

• Well-organized and self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and advancing multiple projects at the same time
