In a few words
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Training Manager to lead and elevate our retail training ecosystem across Europe, driving capability, consistency, and performance in multiple EU markets.
Your journey ahead:
You will lead the strategy, development, and execution of comprehensive retail training programs across Europe. Working closely with EU HQ and local markets, you will build a high-impact training ecosystem that empowers retail teams and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth across our smartphone and AIoT portfolio.
You will sharpen and apply your expertise in training strategy, leadership, digital learning, stakeholder management, and performance analytics within a highly international environment.
Your Challenges:
- Define and lead the European retail training strategy to support business growth, elevate customer experience, and strengthen product and sales capabilities across markets.
- Develop high-quality retail training materials for European markets, covering product knowledge, sales capability, and customer experience, including classroom modules, micro-learning content, video materials, and certification tools.
- Lead and enable local training teams and external partners through structured Train-the-Trainer programs, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
- Drive digital learning and LMS excellence, ensuring high adoption, engagement, and effective tracking of training performance.
- Monitor and analyze training effectiveness, continuously optimizing programs to improve key retail KPIs such as sell-out, conversion rate, ASP, and premium product mix.
- Ensure consistent training standards, tools, and reporting mechanisms across multiple European markets.
- Serve as the key interface between China HQ, EU HQ, and local countries to align training strategy and execution.
- Prepare internal reports and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
Your profile includes:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 6–8 years of professional training experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or regional leadership role.
- Strong experience in retail training within consumer electronics, smartphone, or technology industry preferred.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams in a regional setup.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
- Passionate about technology and innovation, with strong ownership and leadership presence.
