As Senior Training & Coordination Manager, you'll lead training initiatives across APAC & IMEA, helping customers, channel partners, and employees build the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.

Working across regions and functions, you'll influence training strategy, strengthen capability development, and ensure Gallagher's learning programmes continue to deliver value on a global scale.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and implementation of the APAC & IMEA training strategy

• Aligning regional training initiatives with global business and training objectives

• Supporting and guiding regional training teams across APAC & IMEA

• Leading, developing and coaching the Australian training team

• Building strong relationships with channel partners, consultants and customers to understand training needs

• Contributing to the ongoing improvement of technical training content and learning solutions

• Monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies and market developments to inform future strategy

• Driving innovation, continuous improvement and measurable training outcomes through KPI monitoring and performance analysis.

You're a people-focused leader who combines technical expertise with a passion for developing capability and driving performance. Skilled at building high-performing teams and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, you create environments where learning translates into confidence, capability, and measurable business outcomes.

You'll bring:

• Strong Gallagher Security product knowledge across Access and Perimeter solutions

• Experience in adult learning, technical training delivery, facilitation or presentation

• Practical electrical knowledge, including power, earthing, resistors, wiring and lock installation

• Sound IT knowledge across networking, TCP/IP addressing, operating systems and SQL Server

• Experience creating, reviewing or improving technical documentation and training materials

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the professionalism to engage confidently with customers, partners and internal teams

• A reliable, resilient and proactive approach, with the determination and tenacity to deliver high-quality training consistently

Experience within the electronic security, access control, training, technology or technical solutions industries will be highly regarded.
