As a Senior Total Rewards Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our employees are rewarded fairly and transparently, supporting our mission of building a world-class team.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and refine Exodus' Total Rewards programs across our global team, including compensation, equity, and benefits.
- Optimize our Total Rewards strategy to support growth and public company readiness, focusing on compliance, equity management, and long-term sustainability.
- Lead the execution of RSU grant and compensation review cycles, ensuring accuracy and transparency across all processes.
- Streamline our compensation review cycle from 1-2 months to 3 weeks, and move our process away from spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with our recruiting team to establish best practices for new hire compensation and offer development.
- Design a positive total rewards experience for our employees that allows them to clearly understand their compensation across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Perform analysis and market studies on current programs, using insights to develop solutions that ensure internal fairness, external competitiveness, and alignment with Exodus' goals.
- Support total rewards projects from design through execution, including modeling, project planning, communications, training and overall management of benefits, cash and equity/RSU programs.
- Work with the Director of People Ops on benchmarking and pay decisions and policies, including offers, promotions, and internal transfers.
- Build and refine internal dashboards and reporting tools, enabling data-driven decision-making and executive insights.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and international compensation and benefits regulations.
- Partner effectively with our finance team on payroll, stock administration, and forecasting efforts.

- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You have a deep expertise in compensation and total rewards, with a meticulous approach to managing complex compensation and RSU grants. Precision and minimal errors are your standard, and you bring a high degree of confidentiality and discretion to every task.
- Experienced in Compensation Strategy: You excel in designing strategies that balance both equity and cash compensation. You are passionate about creating transparent and fair processes, ensuring every employee feels valued.
- Adaptable & Resourceful: Thriving in fast-paced, high-performance environments, you are comfortable navigating constant change and managing evolving business needs with agility.
- Data-Driven & Technically Skilled: Proficient in Excel and skilled in data collection and visualization, you can build dashboards and automate reports to support data-informed decisions. You analyze market trends with confidence, using insights to continuously improve your work.
- Effective Communicator: With impeccable communication skills, you can break down complex ideas clearly and concisely, answer challenging compensation questions, and connect with a variety of audiences—including executives, managers, and employees.
- Strategic with Global Insight: Experienced in designing and managing international benefits programs, you understand the complexities of a global rewards strategy. You have a solid knowledge of various equity types (ISO, NQSO, RSU, etc.) and are comfortable handling diverse regulatory requirements.
- Ownership & Continuous Improvement: You take full ownership of your outcomes and are always looking for ways to improve. Known for your attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills, you bring a proactive approach to every project, ensuring high-quality results.
- Bonus points: Ideally, you have experience supporting a company through public readiness or managing total rewards for a public company, adding valuable perspective and strategic insight as we scale globally.

Benefits
Health: Most of our health insurance plans are covered 100% for you and covered 50% for your dependents. We’ll also cover dental insurance. If you are outside of the United States, we will reimburse you up to $500 per month for any medical and dental insurance for you and your dependents.
PTO: 30 days of paid time off per year on top of a flexible schedule where you can work wherever and whenever. If you’re part-time with us, you’ll still receive 15 days of paid time off.
Unlimited Bereavement: We will pay you your full salary for the first two weeks for the loss of any immediate family members, but we allow you to take all the time you need to grieve outside of that.
Parental Leave: 13 weeks of fully paid leave with and a month of flexible work for the primary caregiver. 4 weeks of paid leave if you are the child's secondary caregiver.
Tax Help: Getting paid in Bitcoin new to you? Don’t worry! We will reimburse you for speaking with a professional tax specialist in your state/country to make sure everything is taken care of.
