Position Overview:
We’re looking for a curious, impact-driven engineer who is passionate about performance, scalability, and engineering quality.
In this role, you won’t just “test” systems—you’ll shape how they perform in the real world. You’ll design intelligent performance strategies, build automation, and partner closely with developers to ensure our applications are fast, resilient, and delightful to use at any scale.

Location: Hybrid model is possible (minimum 3 days in Katowice office per week).
Responsibilities- Drive performance quality
Design and execute performance strategies covering UI and API layers (load, stress, and beyond) - Build smart automation
Create scalable, reusable test frameworks and scripts that simulate real-world usage - Turn data into insight
Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and help teams make data-driven decisions - Be part of the engineering flow
Embed performance testing seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines - Enable great environments
Shape test data strategies and ensure systems are observable, stable, and ready to scale - Elevate quality standards
Track meaningful KPIs (e.g., critical path coverage, defect escape) and continuously improve engineering practices - Coach and collaborate
Review code, share best practices, and help teams build testable, high-quality systems - Own problems end-to-end
Triage issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions—not just fixes - Keep knowledge flowing
Maintain clear, living documentation and playbooks Innovate with AI
Explore and implement AI-driven approaches for test generation, anomaly detection, and smarter regression strategies
Must have:
Experience (3+ years) in software engineering or test automation, with a strong automation mindset
Solid coding skills in C# (or similar modern language)
A proactive approach—you enjoy designing solutions, not just executing tasks
- Performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter or similar)
- UI automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Selenoid)
- CI/CD and engineering tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git, Jira/XRay)
- Working across Windows & Linux environments
Understand modern software testing and Agile delivery
Can clearly communicate ideas and document your work
Nice to have:
Experience with AI in testing (e.g., GitHub Copilot, MCP concepts)
Familiarity with Elastic Stack or messaging systems (RabbitMQ)
Exposure to hardware simulation or end-to-end system testing

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position starts from 10,900.00 PLN gross
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation.
