Job Responsibility
- Review design requirement to ensure it is verifiable, develop test plan and protocols considering rational sample size.
- Setup automatic test benches, including design fixtures and fixtures validation.
- Setup test environment, including sample preparation, create experiment templates, etc.
- Execute test protocols to generate test reports and report and verify defects following defect management process.
- Analyze test data using proper statistic method and give reasonable conclusion.
- Support DoE for feasibility study and characterization test.
- Manage traceability matrix to ensure design requirement are verified.
- Coordinate 3rd party test labs to complete external tests.
- Manage Test Lab, including test equipment, 5S, reagents, etc.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s or above Degree in Engineering, the better major in biomedical engineering, electronic engineering, or software engineering.
- At least 8 years’ experience in MD or IVD R&D is required.
- Abundant experience in product (system) verification/design verification, including planning, execution and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with different functions, e.g. System, SW, HW, PM, APP etc.
- Experience in Flow Cytometer is preferred.
- Knowledge of the V-model development cycle
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency is required
