We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead to join inventYOU AB for an exciting opportunity in Stockholm.
You will take ownership of test planning, coordination, and execution within a large-scale IT environment, ensuring high-quality delivery of business-critical systems and applications.
The role requires a proactive and structured professional who can develop effective test strategies, lead testing activities, manage risks, and collaborate closely with Agile teams, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external partners.
You will oversee testing progress, ensure the availability of test environments and data, coordinate defect management, and drive continuous improvements in testing processes and quality assurance practices.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Test Lead in large-scale IT projects or programs
- Strong experience developing and implementing test strategies, test plans, and testing processes
- Experience leading and coordinating QA teams and cross-functional testing activities
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience managing test execution, defect tracking, and quality reporting
- Ability to identify testing risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and automated testing processes
- Experience coordinating test environments, test data, and testing resources
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage priorities and ensure testing activities are completed on schedule
- Full professional proficiency in English

- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud services, including CloudWatch and Elastic Beanstalk
- Experience with test management tools such as TestFLO
