NOTICE OF THE FILING OF A LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION WITH THE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ADMINISTRATION
1. An H-1B nonimmigrant worker is being sought by T-Hive North America, Inc. through the filing of a labor condition application with the Employment and Training Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor.
2. One such worker is being sought.
3. The worker is being sought for employment as a Senior Test / Integration Engineer.
4. The salary wage of $118,414 to $135,000 per year is being offered to the worker.
5. The period of employment for which this worker is sought is 27 January 2025 to 26 January 2028.
6. The employment will occur at the T-Hive North America, Inc. facility located at 3054 Chastain Meadows Pkwy NW, Marietta, GA 30066, as well as remotely from the employee’s home office located at 1410 Dahlia Drive, Cumming, GA 30040.

8. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
THERE IS NO BARGAINING REPRESENTATIVE; THEREFORE, A NOTICE OF THIS FILING HAS BEEN POSTED AND WAS, OR WILL REMAIN, POSTED FOR 10 DAYS IN AT LEAST TWO CONSPICUOUS LOCATIONS WHERE H-1B NONIMMIGRANTS WILL BE EMPLOYED.
