• Conduct functional, performance, reliability, and endurance testing within defined timelines.
• Perform troubleshooting on rotating mechanical systems and low-voltage measurement systems.
• Prepare and maintained technical documentation, including lessons learned, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and work instructions.
• Operate and configure signal conditioning and data acquisition systems.
• Develop engineering software tools to support efficient data reduction and analysis.
• Communicate test results and identified issues effectively through both verbal presentations and written reports.
• Design and develop measurement systems for specified engineering parameters.
• Coordinate test fixture design with design engineers and support test execution alongside technicians.
• Clearly communicated test results and issues with supervisors, engineers, technicians, and stakeholders.
• Provide support for additional testing activities as required.
What we are looking for
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering is required.
· Experience in robotics, humanoid robots, or related test bench systems is preferred.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Proficient in MATLAB, Python, or other data analysis tools.
· Hands-on experience with NI systems and Vector CANape.
· Familiar with relevant testing standards (e.g., GB/T 43200-2023).
· Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
· Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
· Good command of written and spoken English.
