Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our team at S.W.I.F.T. SCRL. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies and execution.
Job Responsibilities: **
* Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test plans based on functional and non-functional requirements.
* Utilize Robot Framework for test automation, developing robust and maintainable automated test scripts.
* Lead and participate in the testing of various software releases, ensuring all new features and enhancements meet quality standards.
* Perform thorough test execution, identify defects, and report them clearly and concisely using defect tracking tools.
* Collaborate with development teams to understand software architecture, identify potential risks, and contribute to continuous improvement of the testing process.
* Employ JIRA X-Ray methodologies to gain deeper insights into application behavior and potential vulnerabilities.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
* Mentor junior test engineers and provide technical guidance on testing best practices.
Job Qualifications: **
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Test Engineer, with a significant portion in a senior capacity.
* Expertise in designing and implementing test cases and comprehensive test plans.
* Strong proficiency in Robot Framework for test automation.
* Demonstrated experience in testing complex software releases.
* Familiarity with X-Ray creation for tests
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
* Experience with various testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.
The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Virginia is $101,303.00 to $188,135.00 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employees contingent on personal and company performance. Our generous benefits program includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance with no premium costs for our employees and their families, and retirement plan plus matching 401k.
