R&D unit in KTI is responsible for developing digital services at KONE. It’s the development engine for our Digital Services such as KONE 24/7 Connected Services, Office Flow and Partnership Ecosystem. Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop test plan / test cases according to software specification
- Set up test environment and perform manual/automation testing in a safe way.
- Analyze test result and provide professional report with documentation.
- Should support the development team to release the software on time with quality
- Manage tools and testing equipment, maintain 5S and safety in testing area
- Propose new tools/technique to develop the test capabilities[manual/ automation] further
- Maintain 5S and safety culture in testing area
Required Technical Skill Set
- Sound knowledge on elevator domain is needed. Working experience in Elevator installation, commissioning, Testing and servicing
- Solid electrical knowledge: knowing the working principle and key characteristics of electrical components, e.g. relay, switch, motor, transformer, power supply unit, inverter
- Familarity in electrical circuit analysis with schematic drawing
- Excellent Trouble Shooting and Debugging skills
- Basic understanding on elevator electrification, elevator codes and Product configurations
