- Experience with Jenkins, Maven, qTest, and CI/CD practices.
- Good knowledge of REST API testing, SQL validation, and automation scripting.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud and Agile DevOps environments.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
You should possess the ability to:
- Lead automation testing activities across multiple projects and teams.
- Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks from scratch.
- Manage defects, testing schedules, and quality deliverables effectively.
- Communicate risks and project concerns proactively to stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Adapt quickly in fast-paced Agile environments.
