- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clinical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast and reliable feedback for every release.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on test results, identifying root causes of failures and working with the team to resolve issues.
- Drive best practices in test automation, code quality, and documentation.
- Mentor and support other QA and engineering team members in automation strategies and tooling.
- Stay current with industry trends in test automation, healthcare tech, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PHI, HIPAA, GDPR).

- Strong understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, and browser automation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions.
- Experience working with healthcare, PHI, or HIPAA/GDPR-compliant systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Playwright and/or Selenium in a healthcare or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, Grafana).
- Experience with workflow/process mapping and test strategy design.
- Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
