Job Title: Senior Test Analyst
Location: Bangalore
Business & Team: ADDS Pega Coe
Impact & contribution:
- Attend Business and Technical incubation sessions and guide the team
- BDD Review for team
- Write Test Cases in Intellij which covers both functional as well as integration testing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Automate the business scenarios, using Gherkin language – Cucumber with Java
- Maintain the automation scripts in GitHub.
- Test PEGA Rest API using Postman client.
- Run the regression suite in TeamCity and track the failures by raising defects in JIRA.
- Document the testing process and SOPs using Confluence.
- Complete System testing & end-to-end testing to deliver NBCs
Essential Skills:
- Relevant experience (preferably in the Financial Services sector) in Automation testing (Must) & manual testing.
- Automation testing exp 3-4 years
- Ability in writing BDDs/test cases to perform unit testing, ST Testing.
- Experience in doing manual end-to-end testing, all the way through to the device/channel integration testing.
- Ability to test Recency changes & changes made to customer contact strategies.
- Some understanding of PEGA Decisioning tool.
- Experience in running Regression using TeamCity & de-bug the defects.
- Experience of and/ or a desire to work within an Agile environment
- Flexible approach and able to deal with change and develop new ways of working to drive continuous improvement
- Experience required in Postman, GitHub, Confluence, JIRA ,TeamCity , Gherkin language in Java
- Java, SQL and BDD knowledge
Qualifications: Any Graduation
