We are looking for a technically minded, customer-focused, Germany based Senior Territory Manager (m/f/d) to drive that expansion within Germany, Switzerland, Austria and East-European countries. You’ll work closely with distribution partners and industrial customers to deliver tailored filtration solutions that improve reliability, reduce contamination, and keep hydraulic systems performing at their best.

Role Responsibilities:
Own and develop your territory, drive growth by expanding existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities.
Cultivate deep relationships with distributors aligning on strategy and supporting their sales efforts.
Partner with distributor teams on customer visits, project development, application insights, and technical recommendations.
Deliver impactful product training and technical support to maximize distributor effectiveness.
Apply your knowledge of hydraulics to provide consultative guidance, helping customers solve reliability and contamination through advanced filtration solutions.
Collaborate across internal teams: engineering, product management, customer service, and marketing, to meet partner and customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
A solid experience in industrial sales, ideally in hydraulics, fluid power, or a closely related sector.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability in complex systems environments.
Track record of consistent sales achievement and customer success.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
Ability to travel 50% mostly to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and East-Europe.
Bonus points if you have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to use good public relations skills including having a professional impact and being able to present to different audiences in a persuasive manner
