Senior Tenant Administrator (TRN)

Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.

We want you, as a talented Senior Tenant Administrator, to help us in our mission by enabling the company to work efficiently and ensuring an effective IT operation.

In your capacity as a Senior Tenant Administrator, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your duties will include:

• Centrally manage and configure a multi-tenant Entra ID environment

• Centrally manage devices, including configurations and policies for endpoints

• Account management and role-based access control implementation and maintenance

• Implement and maintain Zendesk workflows and automation

• Setup and maintain end-user self-service help centre for improved user experience

• Support users with device setups, software installations, and general IT problems

• Network configuration and maintenance of the company sites

• Ensure timely deployment of security patches and updates to minimise system vulnerabilities

• Setup and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers

In the role of an IT Administrator, ideally, you will have the following:

• Experience in configuration of Microsoft 365 and user management with Entra ID

• Experience with Microsoft 365 multi-tenant architectures

• Experience with mobile device management with Intune

• Experience with Linux and Windows servers and command-line tools

• Experience in using ticketing systems, with preference given to experience in Zendesk

• One of the two:

  • A bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or a related field

  • Three years of experience in the area of IT administration or network management

• Proficiency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory

• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform would be a plus
