As an experienced telesales specialist, you will drive business growth through strategic customer acquisition, relationship retention and product promotion.
What you will deliver
Sales & Lead Engagement
Promote fuel solutions to corporate fleets and individual customers to achieve corporate targets.
Execute targeted campaigns to follow up on marketing leads, pitch upgrades, and win back dormant accounts.
Conduct cold and warm calls while managing inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Team Training & Enablement
Create structured sales toolkits, including cold-calling scripts, value propositions, and objection-handling guides.
Conduct regular role-plays and side-by-side call monitoring to build team confidence and communication skills.
Operations & CRM Management
Manage day-to-day use of the CRM, Call Log System, and WhatsApp, ensuring 100% accurate data logging.
Define, monitor, and enforce team metrics (dials, talk time, conversion rates, and service quality).
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all calling strategies strictly comply with Singapore’s PDPA and DNC Registry.
Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance dashboards for management review.
Support special operational projects as assigned.
Skills Required
- Proven telesales experience
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven with track record of meeting sales KPIs
- Experience promoting B2B and B2C solutions (corporate fleets and individuals)
- Experience with CRM systems and accurate data logging
- Familiarity with Call Log Systems and WhatsApp for customer engagement
- Knowledge of Singapore PDPA and DNC Registry compliance
- Ability to create sales scripts, value propositions, and objection-handling guides
- Coaching skills: run role-plays, call monitoring, and team enablement
- Experience generating performance reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly)
