The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technology Sales Executive who can open doors, build trusted relationships, and drive growth across Salesforce and AI transformation opportunities. This role blends consultative selling with strategic account management to help enterprises in the Philippines design and execute their digital transformation roadmap.

You will work closely with our delivery, advisory, and leadership teams to ensure customer success—from deal origination to successful implementation.


Key Responsibilities
 
  • Drive end-to-end sales for Salesforce services, advisory, and AI transformation projects across enterprise clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand business pain points, challenges, and ROI goals.
  • Build and manage executive relationships (CIO, CMO, COO, CXO levels) to position Xenai Digital as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to scope and craft tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Manage complex sales cycles—from qualification to negotiation and close.
  • Partner with project teams post-sale to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and margin targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast reports in CRM.

Required Experience & Skills
 
  • 5–7 years of proven B2B technology sales experience, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem, CRM, CX, or enterprise software consulting.
  • Demonstrated success selling to enterprise customers in industries such as Retail, Financial Services, or Nonprofit.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, digital transformation, and AI/automation trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to craft value-based narratives and ROI-driven proposals.
  • Experience working with technical and delivery teams to ensure client success.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong accountability and ownership.
  • Based in the Philippines, with flexibility to meet clients and attend events as needed.
