About the role and what you'll be doing
Do you get excited by joining a team on the cutting edge of legacy modernization? In this role, you will be working with a team of experts responsible for delivering a quality product to the client on schedule. ExperSolve, an Ensono company, migrates legacy applications to modern platforms, such as Java Spring and C# .NET, using automated tools. You will be taking a key role on projects, improving the core classes for the client’s modernized environment, and mentoring other team members.
For local applicants, there will be opportunities to work with the team in India, but this position can be remote as well.

Responsibilities:
•Applying Java or C# coding skills in an Eclipse or Visual Studio modernization environment
•Developing our core Java or C# libraries for modernized environments
•Setting up testing to ensure that modernized programs function correctly
•Analyzing problems found during testing and applying code corrections and improvements
•Coordinating solutions with the team while identifying and implementing process improvements to boost productivity
•Providing consultation and teachable moments to more junior members of the team

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of coding experience in C#
• Experience in software testing, debugging
• Problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills

•Experience with -
o Object-oriented programming in C#.NET
o Visual Studio
• Relational Databases
• DevOps and Scrum methodologies: working in sprint cycles, creating release pipelines.
• Understanding and working in an Azure environment, defining, creating, and modifying Azure functions

Preferred Qualifications
• Undergraduate/Post Graduate degree, coding boot camp certification, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with legacy languages or databases
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues on the team
