Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Services Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products & services for medium to large business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services
- Review customer information with the technology team
- Implement technical initiatives for complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise
- Lead initiatives for complex projects and work with the technology team to assess customer information and recommend best solutions to the customer
- Conduct research or testing of achieving market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory or compliance issues and implications of new implementations
- Collaborate and consult with the technology team to resolve issues and provide customers with best possible solutions
- Provide guidance on leveraging new technology
- 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of information technology, business services, workforce operations, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 4+ years of experience supporting cross-functional or cross-organizational initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly document and explain workforce processes and updates across India and U.S. teams.
- Strong attention to detail and experience researching, validating, reconciling, and maintaining data across multiple sources.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, adapt to changing needs, meet deadlines, and support teams across time zones.
- Ability to independently resolve issues and quickly learn workforce processes, systems, and terminology.
- Strong relationship-building and customer-service skills in a matrixed, regulated environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Experience supporting workforce management, staffing, hiring, relocation, Early Talent, or internship programs.
- Experience managing high-volume operational requests and shared mailboxes.
- Experience maintaining workforce trackers, communication lists, leadership updates, and SharePoint records.
- Manage hiring and workforce requests from intake through completion, including data review, routing, tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain accurate workforce hiring records and reporting across SharePoint, internal technology tracking platforms and Excel through timely entry, validation, reconciliation, and cleanup.
- Coordinate Early Talent Interns, India hiring, onboarding, and relocation activities across managers, program partners, and Workforce Management.
- Support hiring managers and business services leaders across the Technology Infrastructure organizations by addressing inquiries, clarifying processes, and coordinating solutions across India and U.S. teams.
- Support a U.S.-based talent acquisition lead by tracking priorities, preparing workforce updates, coordinating follow-ups, and escalating issues across time zones.
- Build effective cross-cultural partnerships through clear communication, documented actions, and appropriate overlap with U.S. business hours.
- Improve workforce processes, communications, tools, and data quality while maintaining controls and confidentiality.
