The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing a consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
- Uses information on end user needs to develop solutions that optimize the client experience; i.e; those that are personalized, innovative, engaging and easy to utilize and navigate
- Creates documentation and in-product help content that help users to use DTCC products most efficiently, ensuring accuracy and quality of all deliverables and adhering to standards established by DTCC Learning
- Maintains detailed, updated knowledge of relevant DTCC products, services and designated business line strategies and priorities.
- Maintains working relationships and uses a consultative approach with Product Management, Sales, RM and other stakeholders and colleagues for information share and to improve client experience
- Manages a high volume of projects and priorities independently, in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and other writers.
- Keeps up-to-date with and applies emerging & current learning/documentation/curation trends as well as best practices
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years working in the securities industry preferred
