The writer should adapt to simplifying complex database concepts for developers, partnering with engineering teams to document new features, build tutorials, refine information architecture, and maintain technical accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain functional, technical, and user documentation for financial software systems within defined timelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Business Analysts, Development, and QA teams to gather detailed requirements and technical insights.
- Ensure documentation aligns with corporate style guides, terminology standards, and editorial quality benchmarks.
- Edit and refine presentations, release notes, and other customer-facing materials.
- Create diagrams, examples, code snippets, and conceptual overviews to improve clarity and usability.
- Organize and manage documentation projects using industry-standard tools and methodologies.

- Expertise in Microsoft Word and proficiency in other documentation tools.
- Hands-on experience with MadCap Flare for authoring and publishing structured content.
- Experience in API documentation (REST, SOAP, or similar) and related tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation tools and workflows.
- Excellent command of English writing and editing skills.
- Financial domain knowledge is a strong advantage.
