The HR Business Technology team takes on the responsibility of maintaining and developing a state-of-the-art HR technology landscape and delivering employee data to HR and other bank applications. This entails a close partnership with stakeholders across the bank in supporting them to keep employee records at the highest quality and accuracy.
YOUR CHALLENGE
You will be
-
Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in our Workday HCM system
-
Supporting and consulting the business SMEs in all questions related to the functional area of your SME role
-
Ensuring the technical foundation for compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (including configurations needed)
-
Developing and continuously improving our Workday system
-
Discussing and Implementing new Workday release features
YOUR PROFILE
-
Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar
-
Profound knowledge in various modules in Workday HCM especially in Core HCM and Core Compensation
-
Proven expertise in Project Management Office (PMO), including project governance, resource planning, status reporting risk and issue management
-
Several years of proven hands-on experience in the configuration of Workday HCM
-
Any Workday Pro certification would be an asset

Ability to select, evaluate and interpret relevant information
